We are a family operation, not a management company, and the discounts we can offer come from relationships with valley businesses rather than a corporate programme. What that means practically: the current list lives in your guest portal and in the house binder, because it changes as businesses come and go and as seasons turn.
If something on this page has expired by the time you arrive, tell us and we will sort it out.
Where to ask
- The house binder has the current codes and any printed vouchers.
- Message us before you book activities. Some of the better arrangements are made with a phone call rather than a code — particularly for guided fishing and snowmobiling.
- Ask about multi-day gear rentals. Renting skis or bikes for the week in town is usually cheaper than daily at the base, and the heated garage means you keep the gear with you.
Where the real savings are
- Book lift tickets in advance. The single biggest saving available in Winter Park, and it has nothing to do with us. Walk-up window prices are far higher.
- Rent in town rather than at the base. Cheaper, quieter, and you skip the morning queue.
- The Lift is free. A week of not paying resort parking adds up, and it means nobody has to drive home from dinner.
- Book direct with us. Booking through this site rather than a listing platform removes the guest service fee entirely — which on a week's stay is usually the largest single saving on this page. See book direct.
- Shoulder season. Late April and September are beautiful here and cost a fraction of holiday weeks.
